CHRIS SLAUGHTER
Known as the face behind Scenic Blue Design, Chris has a passion for sheer beauty in outdoor spaces. This has driven Chris to establish Scenic Blue Design in 2005. As a graduate in Landscape Design and Horticulture from the University of Greenwich, London, combined with qualifications and experience in Civil Engineering and Building; Chris’s unique skill set coupled with length of experience enables him to deliver wonderfully conceived and constructed outdoor solutions. Not only can he imagine spaces, his collective abilities allow him to turn such dreams into reality. Chris’s drive is to find hard gardens to design as they always hold breathtaking opportunities with the comfort of designing garden carrying a construction value ranging from $50k to $850K.
Having been fortunate through his life to enjoy gardens all over the world from Europe to the Americas, through to some truly breath taking experiences across Thailand and surrounding Asian countries, this has just enriched his pallete to a point where Chris is able to harness them with subtle panache, whilst embracing the wonderful part of the world, Australia, which we are so fortunate to be living in.
Chris creates harmony in the world of landscape design, construction and horticulture that result in outdoor rooms of rare beauty.
